These labels are non-perforated which makes them ideal for both auto cutter and peel-and-present features. Further, the non-perforated label design can be used with external unwinders and rewinders.
Since these are inkjet labels, they require an ink cartridge to print. Tiny droplets of liquid ink are sprayed onto the media as it prints, creating text and images. Inkjet uses either dye-based inks for brighter, more vibrant colors or pigment-based inks for durable, more resilient printing.
Additionally, the adhesive for this label is a general purpose adhesive. This particular adhesive is formulated for a one-time application that creates a permanent bond between the label and the surface it is applied to. We recommend that these labels are applied in a dry environment. The minimum application temperature is 35 degrees. The service temperature of the label once applied ranges from 5 to 120 degrees. If you need a different type of adhesive, please contact customer support and they can help.
Paper labels are the most popular and cost effective option for printing. They are ideal for everyday short term applications, are easy to use and significantly cheaper than synthetic materials. Easily disposable, paper is not a weatherproof option and should not be exposed to moisture, chemicals, and UV light.
Labels with a matte finish offer a softer, more muted look. This appearance helps illustrate customized colors, texts, and designs with a more subdued, lusterless overlay, making it a versatile choice for many label applications. A matte finish also acts as a layer of protection, adding durability to labels for a high-quality product.
