Label & Ribbon Return Policy

STOCK PRODUCTS

Tongyin accepts product returns for any stock label or ribbon order within 60 days of purchase. If the product you receive is defective or does not meet your expectations, we will happily provide a full refund.

If an order needs to be exchanged due to the wrong item being purchased, a full refund less the shipping will be offered.

Product returns will only be accepted with a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number displayed on the outside of the returned package. You will be given that required information after initiating a return request.

NON STOCK PRODUCTS (MADE TO ORDER)

If you purchase an item that is considered non-stock (made to order), our customer service team will provide a detailed specifications sheet for review. Once approved and signed, we will begin production on this made to order item.

If there is a defect in the label that is produced, we will refund or replace the order. Outside of a defect in the label, Tongyin does not offer returns for made to order items.

DEFECTIVE / “DEAD ON ARRIVAL” (DOA) PRODUCT

can be returned within 30 days of sale meeting specified criteria

Defective product must include a case number or confirmation name from the appropriate manufacturer.

Defective products older than 30 days will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Claims for goods damaged in transit MUST be received within 14 calendar days of shipment.

For product shipping on Tongyin’s account number, claims are handled between Tongyin and the carrier, outside of normal RMA procedure.

For product shipping on customer account number, claims are handled between the customer and the carrier.

RETURNS PROCESS

After confirming that the product in question meets all return requirements, contact Tongyin for an RMA number.

Tongyin will issue an RMA number.

Items returned will be shipped at customer expense and all items must be insured.

TONGYIN’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING ERRORS

RMA # will be given to the customer

The product can be shipped back via ground service on Tongyin’s shipping number

Credit will be given when product is received in original boxes unopened and/or with all packing/materials/accessories included
